    Are you a skilled Payroll professional in Toronto seeking a dynamic role with a global company at the forefront of mobility technology? Our client, a global leader in mobility technology, is dedicated to developing cutting-edge solutions that prioritize safety, sustainability, and community welfare.

    With a rich history of over 65 years, our client's innovative ecosystem uniquely positions them to drive advancement in the transportation landscape.

    Your expertise will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of payroll processing, contributing to the seamless operation of our client's workforce.

    Develop and maintain time and attendance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    Oversee the processing of employee time and attendance records, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing.
    Collaborate closely with HR and payroll teams to resolve discrepancies and provide guidance and support.
    Design and implement training programs for employees and managers on time and attendance policies and procedures.
    Analyze time and attendance data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
    Work with IT teams to implement and maintain time and attendance systems and software.
    Provide management with reports on time and attendance metrics as required.
    Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in time and attendance management.
    Minimum 5 years of experience in time and attendance management.
    Experience with time and attendance systems and software.
    Superior planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
    Advanced Excel skills for reporting, metrics, and data validation.
