- Location: Toronto
- Requirements: Must have client-facing experience within primary life & health insurance and/or reinsurance.
- Salary: $100,000 - $170,000 CAD base salary DOE (+bonus + benefits),
- Manage research teams and lead on producing market-leading thought leadership / research.
- Collaborate with specialists from across the firms global offices.
- Become a subject matter expert and trusted adviser to leaders across the L&H insurance industry.
- Strengthen the firms already-deep industry relationships
- Play a pivotal role in shaping my clients core propositions in North America.
- 5-20+ years' experience in insurance, reinsurance, or related consulting
- Subject matter expertise in life & health insurance and/or reinsurance
- Motivation to contribute to market-leading thought leadership
- Client-facing experience in a B2B environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven people management capabilities
- Work with a true global-leader within insurance advisory
- Client-facing exposure from 'day 1' with senior executives
