    T. is a growing Managed IT Service firm based in London, ON.

    As a Sales Associate and ambassador for Stronghold, your primary responsibility is to drive sales within the Southwestern Ontario marketplace.


    Building and Managing Relationships:
    T.'s service offerings.
    # Client Acquisition:
    Work towards adding new clients to our portfolio.
    # Supporting Marketing Initiatives:
    Assist the team in executing various marketing strategies.

    Post-secondary marketing and/or business diploma
    Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar sales role
    Preference given to applicants with an ITIL Foundations Certificate
    Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written, phone)
    Customer service oriented
    Goal-oriented, organized team player with strong time management skills
    Proficient in presenting and promoting products/services to prospective clients
    General understanding of Microsoft O365, Disaster Recovery solutions, Cloud computing and IT security

    Relationship Building:
    Achieve a complete understanding of Stronghold's products, services, and brand.
    # Lead Generation:
    Follow up with potential clients via phone or email with the goal of booking sales meetings.
    # Research new accounts and attend relevant tradeshows to create your own leads.
    # Marketing Support:
    Help develop and maintain prospect marketing lists.
    # Team Collaboration:
    Work with other team members to strategize various sales opportunities.
    # Workflow Management:


    Continued Learning:
    Attend internal meetings, sales events, and commit to training to stay updated on the latest developments.
    # Marketing Assistance:

    Be available as a resource for senior marketing personnel who might need assistance with a variety of tasks associated with our marketing efforts.

    # Sales Targets:
    Strive to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
    # Time Tracking:
    Capture your time and activities within a prescribed software application.
    # Business Plan Development:
    Help develop and implement a sales business plan.

    Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
