    Description

    Frank Flaman Sales has an exciting opportunity for you We currently have an opening for a dynamic, innovative and ambitious Ag Sales Coordinator to join our Agriculture Department This position will be based out of our head office in Nisku, Alberta , however occasional travel may be required.

    At Flaman, we value the importance of building strong relationships with our customers as well as within our team.

    Providing office support to the Agriculture team and collaborating with all departments within the organization
    Assisting in inventory management and control
    Monitor website and ensure all used, clearance and other inventory are properly advertised
    Help coordinate trade show events
    Manage and order all marketing materials
    Assist Marketing department with changes to ads for print/digital advertising
    Post and monitor Social Media updates on sales, events, and training opportunities
    Ensuring the showroom is kept up to date in respect to product information, brochures, and signage
    Complete required paperwork according to company policies, procedures and protocols
    Previous experience monitoring, updating and creating posts on company social media outlets
    Knowledge of agriculture equipment and industry considered an asset
    Computer savvy, proficient with word, excel & outlook
