    Are you a Law Clerk looking to make a move? Our private sector client, an established law firm, is searching for an organized deadline-driven professional like you to join their team in Ottawa, ON, on a full-time, on-site basis.

    If you have 2+ years of experience working in Commercial Real Estate, Financing, or Corporate Law, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact2+ years as a Law Clerk working in Commercial Real Estate Law and Financing —experience in Corporate Law is an assetLaw Clerk, Legal Assistant, or equivalent college diploma Proficient in using Unity or Lawyer Done Deal and Teraview software —experience using Clio is an asset.

    Bilingualism in English and French is preferred but not requiredAbout the roleAs the successful candidate, you will:
    Manage commercial real estate and financing files from start to finish.
    Prepare legal documentation and handle all aspects of real estate and financing transactions.
