    Reporting to the Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics, the Digital Solutions Analyst is a pivotal contributor responsible for proactively developing, supporting, and implementing innovative RPA and PowerApps solutions.

    Spearhead the development and maintenance of solution architecture and technical roadmaps for intelligent automation capabilities, with a focus on both RPA and PowerApps.

    Lead the design and support of cloud-native solutions for end-to-end process automation and PowerApps development across the organization.
    Implement and enforce data privacy and security policies for both RPA and PowerApps programs.
    Conduct design and configuration reviews to ensure solutions meet defined standards in both RPA and PowerApps domains.

    Lead efforts to understand stakeholder needs, conduct current state analysis, and explore multiple solutions/vendor offerings to minimize risk and deliver sustainable solutions in both RPA and PowerApps contexts.

    Derive, challenge, comprehend, and communicate detailed application requirements for RPA and PowerApps projects.

    Collaborate with key project stakeholders to identify, track, and escalate risks and issues for both RPA and PowerApps projects.

    Proactively engage with key stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to business process controls in both RPA and PowerApps initiatives.

    Possess an undergraduate degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline). A combination of education, training, and experience deemed equivalent may be considered.

    Demonstrate a proactive approach with 5+ years of progressive information technology experience directly related to software development, IT support and RPA automation.

    Solid knowledge in Robotic Enterprise framework, multi-bot architecture, and exception handling in UiPath RPA, with proficiency in PowerApps development.

    Strong technical foundation with a solid background in system design, architectural patterns, and the ability to strategically map technology concepts across various platforms.
