- Technical training or degree in Fluid Power is preferred; OR any suitable combination of education, training and work experience
- Fluid Power certification is preferred
- 2+ years industrial or technical sales experience with at least 2 years in fluid power sales preferred
- Application and troubleshooting experience with fluid power products and systems;
- Ability to establish and maintain business relationships.
- Must have clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency is required
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Overnight travel may be required

- Hydraulics 100, 200, 300, 400.

- Maximizer Training
- Eaton Product Training(After being hired)

- Char-Lynn Product Specialist Training
- Prospecting, developing, and building new business relationships for PSI within your assigned geographic territory.
- Responsible for establishing customer sales and marketing plans.
- Responsible for developing a semi-annual marketing plan for their territory to ensure strategic overall growth.
- Maintains contact with all customer accounts in designated area to ensure company sales targets, collection targets and customer satisfaction goals are constantly met.
- Prospects through cold call visits, telephone, and correspondence to determine the needs for products and services with new customers.
- Generates new sales leads and promotes the company's products to customers by establishing and maintaining excellent customer rapport and customer confidence.
- Meet and exceeds sales quotas by closing new business and expanding with existing clients.
- Gathers strategic market information on competition and recognize new business opportunities for the company.
- Interacts and coordinates effectively with all other company departments.
- Actively participates in and attends sales meetings outside of regular business hours, as required.
- Provide design and troubleshooting services to your customer base as well as assist others on the sales team.
- Constantly keep up with technology and brands in the industry. You will be given 4hrs per month during business hours to participate in company approved courses to improve your industry knowledge and or knowledge to advance you in your career. You will be expected to actively participate 4 hrs per quarter after hours as well in training.
- Update and maintain our CRM contact information within P21. This includes keeping the contact information updated and inputting call reports with relevant information.
- Provides backup when required to the inside sales team.
- Assist with company training including taking inside sales team and others to customer sites to gather field knowledge.

We provide component repair, system troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, system commissioning, and system modification. Our service team have no boundaries recently servicing equipment in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
We currently have a fantastic Fluid Power Outside Sales Account Manager opportunity based in Calgary, AB. In this position you will develop new business while being supported by our highly knowledgeable customer serviceteam and supportive managerswho willassist you in meeting and exceeding your sales goals. We seek an individual with a competitive mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
The primary objective of this position is to promote and develop your assigned sales territory in both mobile and industrial hydraulics.
