    We currently have an opening at our Port Coquitlam Facility for an OPERATIONS MANAGER .

    Leading 4 supervisors and a staff of approximately 28 people, the Operations Manager is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of our Port Coquitlam production, packaging and warehousing facilities.

    Keeping safety at the forefront, the Operations Manager must ensure smooth operation of the facility while maintaining the integrity of procedures, quality systems, policies and budgets.

    Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience. This is a non-shiftwork opportunity located in Port Coquitlam. Normal business hours are Monday to Friday with minimal weekend or holiday work. ClearTech provides a cell phone and laptop computer along with all required safety equipment and footwear.

    In addition ClearTech offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes:

    competitive wages, profit sharing plan, annual cost of living adjustments, company pension program, eye and dental coverage, medical and drug plans, plus other benefits to be detailed upon acceptance.

    The successful candidate will have experience leading and managing in a production environment. Computer literacy and troubleshooting skills are fundamental to this position.

    Preference will be given to those with direct experience in the chemical industry, power engineering certification, and with quality system knowledge.
