    Full time, permanentLocation: AuroraSalary: $100,000Benefits: Hybrid Remote Client ProfileOur client is currently looking for a Senior Corporate Law Clerk for a large company.

    This company has an excellent culture and a lot of career development opportunities. World class company with interests in technology, wagering, entertainment, media, content and real estate development.
    Office located in Aurora right beside a major highway. Report to the Chief Legal Officer and working under the direction of the Assistant Corporate Secretary;
    • Complete various corporate forms and documentation;
    • Manage all documentation regarding asset purchase and sale transactions, including but not limited to closing documents, accounts, reporting letters;
    • Address all matters relating to corporate/commercial financing such as the review of commitment letters and preparation of security documents;
    • Handle all matters relating to corporate reorganizations, including preparation of documents;
    • Requirements:
    • 8+ years of experience as a Senior Corporate Law Clerk;
    • Demonstrative experience working within a corporate commercial practice;
    • Proficient with MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams,);
    • Member of ILCO with thorough knowledge of legal procedures, statutes and regulations applicable to commercial and corporate law
