    We are currently looking for an extraordinary Technical Recruiter with a genuine commitment for hiring talented individuals while providing an unforgettable candidate experience.


    What we are looking for:

    • Directly source and hire high quality technical positions through job ads, cold calling, etc. (mechanical and electrical roles)
    • Partner with hiring managers to assess talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy.
    • Use a variety of techniques including social media platforms to discover and attract the best talent.
    • Conduct thorough behavioral based interviews and phone or virtual screenings to assess technical skills and behavioural competencies.

    What you will bring:

    • Degree in a related field.
    • Minimum +5 years experience in sourcing and assessing technical talent with agencies or inhouse engineering environments.
    • A genuine interest in technology shown by continuous learning throughout your career.
    • Excellent communication skills in English.
    • Be able to provide and take constructive feedback.
