    Scope:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Identity Access Management (IAM) Specialist / Solution Architect. In this role, you will play a critical part in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IAM systems to ensure security, scalability, and efficiency.

    Must-Haves:

    • Strong experience and deep knowledge of Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) and OpenID Connect (OIDC)/OAuth protocols.
    • [7+ years in developing using SAML for identity, authentication, and authorization OR Minimum 12 years' experience as a solution Architect on Oracle Identity Access Management systems, 10G 11G and 12C, who has successfully modeled and implemented end-to-end solutions and infrastructure.]
    • Strong experience in PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) and other technologies to secure SAML and OAuth flows.
    • Proven experience with end-to-end solution design, system integration, and deployment.
    • [5+ years in integrating SSO Federation OR Minimum 10 years integration experience in Oracle IAM suite including OAM, OIM, OUD/OVD, Oracle HTTP Server (OHS), Microsoft AD, and Oracle databases.]
    • Knowledge and experience with interfacing to IAM services.
    • Knowledge and experience integrating supporting systems such as databases, firewall, etc..

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development of SAML/OIDC enhancements to meet technology currency.
    • Provide guidance and consultation on Federation Broker upgrades, particularly in integration and testing.
    • Analyze and resolve operational issues related to Federation Broker and other IAM components.
    • Support IAM modernization initiatives and collaborate closely with the IAM team.
    • Produce maintainable solutions that enhance the quality of IAM services.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot functional and performance issues, implementing corrective and preventive measures as required.
    • Research and implement the latest IAM standards to optimize application security.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

    Deliverables:

    • Analyze and resolve operation issues of current Federation Broker or OAM, OUD, and EAS.
    • Provide guidance in Federation Broker upgrades or 12C OAM, OUD, and EAS configuration.
    • Upgrade Out-of-Band Authentication (OOBA) services.
    • [Configuration of 12C MDC OAM, OUD, and 19C Oracle database OR Integration of 12C OAM to existing 10G OAM and establish full SSO interoperability.]
    • All necessary documentation related to design, configuration, and integration.

    Desired Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline OR equivalent experience.
    • Strong knowledge and experience with SAML/OIDC for Identity and Access Management.
    • Experience with agile methodologies in solution delivery.
    • Excellent communication, relationship building, and problem-solving skills.
    • Familiarity with privacy policies and security principles.
    • Experience with design walkthrough sessions, structured methodologies, and application design.
    • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other relevant tools.

    Criteria Details:
