    Job Description

    Our client is a leading Main MEP Contractor working on projects in Ireland and across mainland Europe. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career with a leading contractor.

    As an Electrical Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring project development, implementation, and completion is achieved within the specified program. You will work closely with the Project Manager and oversee the coordination and operation of the site to deliver key project milestones and successful project completion. Reporting to the Operations Director and Division Director. Overall responsibility of budgets, schedule, quality, and health and safety on projects.

    Ability to manage multiple projects where required. Liaising with the Client and key project stakeholders when required. Work directly with the relevant Director to expand the business through tendering and negotiating of new work. Review tender submissions, valuation preparation and reporting on the same. Maintaining and developing relationships with the Client.

    Requirements

    1. Third level Electrical Building Services/Electrical Engineering qualification essential.
    2. Electrical trade background advantageous.
    3. Experience in the delivery of healthcare projects advantageous.
    4. Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar role is essential.
    5. Ability to lead and mentor a cross-functional team essential.
    6. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office required.
    7. Experience in Revit would be advantageous.
    8. Excellent organizational and planning skills.
    9. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
    10. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
    11. Ability to work with minimum supervision, within a fast-paced team environment.
