    In unserer Abteilung für Commercial am Standort Wiesbaden arbeitest du in einem Team von talentierten Mitarbeitern und erfahrenen Experten aus dem Management-Bereich. Mit wertvollen Analysen und Recherchen setzt du Benchmarks und entwickeln die Zukunft unserer Marke.

    Stell dein Know-how unter Beweis und werde Teil unseres Teams in Wiesbaden als Event Manager (all genders)

    • Du bist verantwortlich für die Konzeption, Planung, Koordination, Organisation und Durchführung und Nachbereitung von nationalen und internationalen Veranstaltungen (Kongresse, Produkteinführungen) – auch in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
    • Du verantwortest die Teilnehmerregistrierung über ein Webbasiertes Online Tool
    • Du hast die Kosten-, Rechnungskostrolle der von dir zu betreuenden VA im Blick und unter Kontrolle
    • Du entwickelst innovative und gleichzeitig pragmatische Ansätze um die Veränderungsprozesse (Change) zu begleiten
    • Du arbeitest Cross-Funktional um die Interessen voranzubringen

    So machst du den Unterschied:

    • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, vorzugsweise im Bereich Eventmanagement
    • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung bevorzugt in Marketing/ Eventmanagement, vorzugsweise in der forschenden pharmazeutischen Industrie
    • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS Office Anwendungen insbesondere Power Point
    • Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie selbstbewusstes Auftreten
    • Hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit sowie Improvisationstalent und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
    • Digitale Affinität, offen für neue Technologien
    • Eigenständige und selbstmotivierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
    • Bereitschaft zur situationsbedingten Mehrarbeit an Wochentagen (auch abends), Wochenenden und Feiertagen bei Veranstaltungen im In‐ und Ausland
    • Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit (ca. 50%)
    • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (idealerweise Muttersprache), sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
