    Description

    Reporting to the Manager, Distribution, the Sales Audit Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Finance and Sales teams with the fare and BIDT audit processes, and work with our outsourced provider to ensure accuracy and completeness of the e-ticketing audit recovery process.


    Support the Fare and BIDT e-ticket audit process.
    Liaise with travel agencies to resolve violation discrepancies and billing disputes.
    Monitor and analyze performance of the audit process and provide monthly summaries to support executive review.
    Develop, maintain and improve models and templates in Excel.
    understand, comply and promote the Company Safety Policy.

    Results Focus:
    Focusing efforts on achieving high quality results consistent with the organization's standards.
    Listening and communicating openly, honestly, and respectfully with different audiences, promoting dialogue and building consensus.

    2-3 years of experience in financial coordinator role performing reconciliations and working with financial information.
    ~ Excellent abilities with Microsoft Excel.
    ~ Aviation industry experience is an asset, but not required.
