ANATOMY OF A SCANDAL pV ANATOMY OF A SCANDAL 2 SPUDS on NETFLIX WIKI BLURB: Anatomy of a Scandal is a British anthology drama miniseries developed by David E. Kelley and Melissa James Gibson for Netflix. It is based on the novel of the same name by Sarah Vaughan. The series consists of six episodes, and was released on 15 April 2022. MY BLURB: If you think about it, which I did, you will inevitably conclude that most British dramas have something to do with class struggle [LNT T-RVVE RIG TI (ITS This limited series is no exception. It's all about the rape trial of a prominent member of the British parliament and a very close personal friend of the British Prime Minister. He is accused of raping a girl who worked for him, two weeks after he brought their affair to an lleH The story centres mainly around the trial and the family dynamics that are affected by it. There is a twist in the plot in the middle of all that which | personally thought was a mile too far. But other than that, it's a pretty decent PIETER The fact that David E. Kelley had anything to do with it, was what drew me to this. He's one of the better TV people out there. Michelle Dockery, is also in this, taking time off from the virtually never-ending saga of Down- ton Abbey, which is the epitome of British upper class/lower class TV storytelling.
