Top 10 Toxic Foods and Top 10 Healing Foods
I eat pretty healthy already, but I still like to hear that what I'm eating is good for me.
The best thing that you can do is educate yourself on toxic and healing foods because their affect can be different for everyone. None of this is breakthrough information, but if you are tired of feeling tired and taking meds that cause more harm then good, then you need to find out what is going on.
Working in healthcare has allowed me to learn more about my own health as well as provided me with great advice on where to look. This process has been useful as doing my own research on healthy snacks/meals helps me make good food choices in a workplace where we work many different shifts during the week. If you are not careful you can find yourself eating foods that just make you sleepier, sluggish, tired, or worse, hungrier.
While there is no one box fits all approach to health, by listening, reading and watching videos you can find out what is best for you and your family. You can't make people change but you can arm them with information.
