    JLL is looking for a Customer Service Representative who will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will be the primary contact point for customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Fully understand all mall services, amenities, stores, promotions, and comfort features
    • Proactively create memorable interactions with customers and provide outstanding service
    • Continuously enhance customer service standards and introduce new ideas
    • Engage with consumers and retailers in a friendly and efficient manner
    • Sell mall gift cards and manage sales transactions
    • Demonstrate positivity in all interactions, whether in person or over the phone
    • Provide guidance, information, and assistance to consumers
    • Inspire and equip customer service teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
    • Stay informed about products, pricing, sales, and special events to offer tailored suggestions to customers
    • Assist in promotional events including distribution, collection, and sorting of ballots
    • Adhere to the mall's Emergency Management Manual and understand the role of Customer Service within it
    • Undertake additional tasks and duties as required

    REQUIREMENTS

    • High school diploma
    • Customer service experience is a plus
    • Sales experience, including handling transactions
    • Positive attitude and a passion for exceptional customer service
    • Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
    • Strong bilingual skills in French and English, additional languages are beneficial
    • Conflict resolution abilities
    • Friendly, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
    • Proficiency in computer applications
    • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
    • Must be available during mall operating hours
