- Create and maintain a database/list of prospective and existing clients with all essential information pertaining
- to sales/BD activities.
- Maintain a solid pipeline of prospects using in-house CRM software.
- Proactively reach out to customers for requirements in home décor and build a trusting relationship with them.
- Gain extensive knowledge of product/service offering by the company to be able to explain products/services
- in detail to customers. Must be able to provide customers, all necessary information pertaining to products and
- the company.
- Stay updated with website, product and price changes.
- Ability to conduct online research to generate new business leads and fill the pipeline/funnel.
- Liaise with marketing team to understand the near and long term company strategy.
- Develop sales budget and forecast in collaboration with sales and marketing team and its goals.
- Work to nurture and develop the sales process within the organization with support of the leadership team.
- Create sales targets for new prospects and existing accounts.
