- Lead the development of NA payroll services, including process design, team development, and system enhancements.
- Oversee payroll operations to ensure accurate processing of taxes, deductions, and contributions.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Manage the deployment of new tools and systems to optimize payroll processes.
- Project manage systems upgrades and enhancements.
- Handle timekeeping and ancillary areas.
- 5+ years of progressive payroll experience in a corporate environment.
- Dayforce expertise required ; Workday experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes and procedures .
- Advanced project management skills .
- Experience with Canada and US payroll processing is essential.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent organization, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of tax rules and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Zendesk is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- CEBS, CBP, or CPP accreditation is a plus.
