    Description

    Reporting directly to the Manager of Strategy, the role of Senior Analyst is crucial within the Strategy team, collaborating closely with leaders from various departments and top-level executives to drive strategic and operational projects.

    This position plays a key role in supporting the Divisional strategic planning process, crafting targeted strategies, and monitoring competition and macroeconomic factors. The Senior Analyst contributes to business decisions by conducting in-depth analysis and building strong business cases for future investments.

    Position Responsibilities:
    • Support in developing the corporate strategy:
      • Steer the Division Strategic Planning Process (annual and long-term planning)
      • Work with cross-functional teams to assess business opportunities and create capital investment proposals
    • Support key strategic priorities and projects:
      • Offer strategic insights, solve problems, and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis
      • Lead or assist cross-functional leaders in establishing new strategic initiatives and developing project plans
      • Collaborate with corporate and in-field business partners to ensure smooth communication and change management
    • Monitor external factors like macroeconomic trends, competition, and customer behavior
    • Create executive-level materials and presentations for various audiences
    Championing the customer at the core of all strategic decisions.

    Experience/Skills Required:
    • 5 years of experience in related fields such as consulting, finance, internal strategy, or professional services
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering
    • Proven analytical and quantitative abilities, including financial modeling skills
    • Excellent strategic thinking and tolerance for ambiguity
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Self-motivated individual who can deliver high-quality work efficiently under pressure
    • Naturally curious with a passion for problem-solving in a retail environment
    • Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with Senior Management
    • Positive, proactive, and resourceful mindset
    • Financial designation (CPA, CFA, CBV) is a bonus but not mandatory
    Working Conditions:
    • Minimal travel expected (<5%)
