    We're building a relationship-oriented bank for the modern world.

    The Workforce Transformation team is responsible for reimagining the future of work to execute against CIBC's long-term priorities, and developing the strategies needed to ensure the right talent is available.

    The Director, Workforce Transformation will play a pivotal role in leading strategy, design, development and delivery of future-focused strategic workforce transformation initiatives aligned to our bank's strategic priorities.

    Key accountabilities include applying future focused views on workforce transformation to craft strategies and frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated strategic workforce plans and delivering compelling executive-level presentations.


    You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.


    Execute – Shift from strategy and frameworks to delivery, crafting the right approach to gather needed information and knowing how this drives the next phase of deliverables.

    Communication – Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to storyboard and develop presentations for an executive audience. A proven track record in crafting materials to be shared at Executive forums.

    Agile – Quickly pivot between initiatives and competing deliverables while staying connected and delivering results. You have experience in consulting and strategy development, as well as an understanding of people change management.
