    What will you be doing?

    The F&B Coordinator supports all aspects of the Eldorado Resorts Food and Beverage operations as assigned by the Director of Food and Beverage.

  • With guidance from the Director of Food and Beverage creates Standard Operating Procedures for FOH, BOH and Banquets
  • In conjunction with F&B leaders- Ensure proper PAR lists are created for Food and Beverage items
  • Assists with quarterly inventory counts - china, flatware, glassware etc.
  • Participates in monthly liquor inventory counts and quarterly food inventory counts
  • Assists with data maintenance and invoice input into Optimum Control
  • Monitors product and services pricing and offers suggestion for cost savings
  • Verifies purchase requisitions from departments with current order guides- before submitting- daily, weekly or monthly orders
  • Forwards available inventory items by verifying stock; scheduling delivery
  • Assists with purchasing, vendor relations items by forwarding orders to suppliers; monitoring and expediting orders
  • Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipment errors with departments and suppliers
  • Codes all F&B invoices and submits for final review and sign off
  • Provides purchasing plans and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
  • Attends monthly Health & Safety meetings
  • Attends weekly BEO meetings
  • Will assist with the roll out of a new due back/gratuity system
  • Updates bar inventory sheets with accurate pricing
  • Prepare/design all new menus and labels in Canva for Banquets, Lakeside and Maestro's
  • Assist FB department with competitive set analysis
  • Makes product and price edits in Squirrel as required
  • Other tasks, duties and/or projects required to support the operation

    • What are we looking for?

  • Previous restaurant, hospitality and/or banquet experience
  • Strong passion for food and beverage
  • Current with F&B trends
  • Serving It Right required
  • Food Safe and First Aid Certificate an asset
  • WSET or equivalent certifications/training is an asset
  • Guest experiences focused
