    National Accounts Specialist


    Manage customer contract addendums ensuring information provided is correct and contract addendums are properly filed once executed with the Legal & Compliance Department.

    Monitor National & Key Accounts performance by preparing, analyzing and presenting Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
    Assist the Sales & Legal & Compliance department with the preparation of Request For Proposals (RFPs) & tenders
    Attend National Account meetings to assist with note taking, account receivables and providing general updates.

    Communicate with the branches across Canada on accounts, working with Account Managers and Regional Operation Managers regarding accounts to help resolve customer concerns and address gaps in service delivery.

    Manager the National Accounts platform analyzing and checking work order status, monitoring and reporting on technician check arrival and departure times.

    Run reports from SAP and collate data for internal and external customer meetings.
    Manage National Account customer ad hoc requests.
    Bachelor's degree in business or finance, or a minimum 3 years of relevant work in contracts management and Sales
    Experience working with SAP, contract management systems and document management systems is desirable
    Ability to analyze and manage large amounts of data for customer reporting
    Proficient in MS Office
