    Description

    Starlight Investments, in collaboration with WP Osborne Executive Search, is looking for a Development Manager to join their Western Canada Development team. Starlight Developments focuses on creating complete communities with long-lasting value.     Position: Development Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate new development opportunities within the Starlight portfolio
    • Work closely with Asset Management, Investment, and Construction Teams
    • Conduct feasibility studies and due diligence
    • Prepare development proposals and business plans
    • Provide strategic input and oversee the approval process
    • Anticipate and resolve development obstacles
    • Lead project teams through the approval process
    • Expand network of professional consultants

    Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have a University degree in Business, Engineering, or Urban Planning, along with at least 5 years of real estate development experience. Other requirements include knowledge of construction/architectural concepts, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
