    Reporting to the Manager, Proposal Management Services, our diverse team is hiring a detailed-oriented and highly organized professional with a desire to work in a high-energy and fast-paced environment.

    The Proposal Manager contributes to the growth of diverse business units by responding to a range of Proposal Responses (EOI, RFQ, RFP, etc.) and other initiatives, for major social and transportation infrastructure projects in North America.

    Work with a cross-functional team of Business Development, Technical Experts, Commercial/Risk, Legal, Marketing/Proposals, and others to coordinate and finalize proposal deliverables that comply with Client requirements.

    Review and contribute to the proposal writing process - providing high-impact, compelling writing on assigned sections of the proposals (i.e., tailored project fact sheets, case studies, resumes, and standard materials and working with graphics team to prepare visual components.
    Monitor progress of the proposal process and identify/escalate issues that may impact the proposal's schedule or quality.

    Has a degree in relevant field (i.e., bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or other) and - 8 years of relevant experience in proposal coordination, project management, proposals, for infrastructure, engineering services, or construction sectors.

    Brings demonstrated project management skills and ability to multi-task.
    Brings advanced writing skills and ability to transform complex technical information into client-centric narratives.
    Is familiar with MS Office tools (including document management on SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Visio, and MS Project).
