    JLL's Property & Asset Management group is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital projects in the Toronto area.

    I nteracting directly with clients and relying upon her/his experience, the selected candidate will be fully accountable for the successful delivery of programs/ projects and exhibiting independent judgment in a fast-paced environment.

    Project Management
    Establishing, maintaining , and achieving project goals and criteria to satisfy client expectations.
    Leading the activities of clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, AHJs, and other stakeholders.
    N egotiating with landlords and c oordinati ng between base building and tenant improvement scope .
    Developing, implementing and maintaining specified project management processes.
    Defining, documenting , and controlling project scope and changes to the specified level of quality.
    Developing a project control budget and baseline schedule aligned to scope.
    Controlling costs and schedule , and regularly reporting project status .
    F oreseeing , tracking and mitigating project risks .
    Developing a contracting strategy, procuring , negotiating , and holding parties accountable to their contracts.
    Leading project meetings, generating meeting minutes, and preparing progress reports.
    Maintaining complete and accurate project documentation, easily retrievable and suitable for audit.
    Troubleshooting and problem solving to ensure there are "no project surprises".

    Building relationships and trust with clients, landlords, tenants, developers, consultants, and contractors.
    Delivering an exceptional client experience ensuring a Net Promoter Score greater than 7.
    Obtaining a client survey, testimonial, and reference at or near project completion .
    Team Management
    Adhering to JLL P AM expectations, policies, best practices, procedures, and methodologies.
    Energizing, supervising, training, mentoring, and supporting others on your team.
    Strategically networking and positioning JLL as a leader in project management services.
    Assisting with pursuit strategy, sourcing, positioning, proposing, and securing of new projects as requested / required .
    Operational Management
    Meeting or e xceed ing our financial performance and client satisfaction targets.
    5 + years of experience delivering new build and renovation projects.
    Project Management Professional (PMP) is an asset.
    LEED Certification is an asset .
