    Business Development Representative (BDR)

    Our scope and our impact cross international boundaries Our business development team is currently looking for a Business Development Representative to fill a permanent position based in Lévis .

    This Business Development Representative (BDR) role is a keystone position between marketing and sales initiatives.

    As a BDR, you will be at the forefront of the "customer journey" by driving our mission, engaging with potential clients and setting the stage for our Sales team.

    Generate new business opportunities to ensure Robotiq's continued growth;
    to gather and refine prospecting data;
    Partner with key members of the sales and marketing team to develop target lists, calling strategies and core messaging;
    Qualify marketing campaign leads to uncover opportunities;
    Understanding the sales process and being able to overcome objections by genuinely caring about how Robotiq can help our prospects succeed;

    Learning about the prospect's business needs, technical limitations, procurement process, authority landscape, timeline, (BANT) and showing them the value of what Robotiq can provide their organization.

    Perform post-installation calls to identify potential repeat business.
    Achieve weekly and monthly "Sales Ready" qualified leads, call volumes, qualification goals, and sales pipeline targets.
    Enthusiastic and creative, with the ability to inspire others;
