    Êtes-vous un professionnel du service client avec quelques années d'expérience dans la fourniture d'un excellent support aux clients ?     Nous recherchons un agent de support bilingue pour soutenir notre client, une entreprise canadienne de télécommunications de premier plan, dans son bureau de Ottawa (travail hybride). Dans ce rôle, vous travaillerez à temps plein sur une mission de 7 mois et gagnerez un taux de 28,00 $ de l'heure.

    Responsabilités

    • Responsable de répondre aux demandes des clients de manière rapide, précise et professionnelle

    • Développer et maintenir de bonnes relations avec les clients tout en assurant la confidentialité

    • Travailler avec des équipes internes et externes pour s'assurer que les besoins du client sont satisfaits

    • Traiter les demandes des clients grâce à l'utilisation de l'outil CRM

    • Gérer et mettre à jour le système d'inventaire

    • Compléter les commandes de service

    • Traiter les factures et effectuer la facturation

    Qualifications

    • Avoir un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle

    • Le bilinguisme français/anglais est obligatoire

    • Soucieux des détails

    • Capable d'établir des priorités et d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à un niveau élevé

    • Capable de résoudre des problèmes de manière analytique

    • Capacité à s'adapter au changement, dans un environnement concurrentiel où les priorités changent fréquemment

    • Motivé, autonome et responsable

    • Compétences avancées dans Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

    • Des connaissances de base en comptabilité sont un atout
