    Description

    SUMMARY The Senior Analyst, CPFR is accountable for demand forecasting and inventory management designed to meet and exceed the customer's goals for productive inventory and service (in-stock) levels for their assigned LG product business segments and customer accounts.

    Working directly with our customers/partners, responsibilities will include ensuring end to end planning to ensure LG products meet marketplace requirements effectively.

    Customer level planning at the national, DC, and store levels, creating inventory and demand analysis for solutions on a weekly basis
    Review current inventory levels and adjusts supply plans to align with target levels of channel inventory
    Maintain Channel service level and inventory management goals.
    Monitor and report on performance scorecards (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
    Execute flexible, low-cost supply chain options that lowers cost-to-serve
    Reviews the forecasting, sales capability, Inventory KPI's for alignment and meeting business requirements
    Works well within planning organization. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or another relevant discipline.
    Prior leadership experience is an asset
    Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel – Advanced
    CPIM, CSCP (APICS) certification is an asset

    The skill set brings to the business a well versed background using enterprise systems and modern methods in sales and operations planning.

    This position requires facilitating the collaboration process between LG and major retailers and their cross functional team including buyer and replenishment
    Accountability for the effective implementation of sustainable, cost effective, supply chain processes.

    Detailed customer level planning at the national, DC, and store levels, creating inventory and demand analysis for solutions, using both LG and customer's systems and analytical tools.
