    WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

    The End User Services Business Office manages the centralized operations for over 600 employees globally. This role will be focused on financial operations (Accounting, budget analysis, plan management, relationship management, and coaching/guidance to all levels of management). The role will coordinate, develop, lead, communicate and execute activities to ensure objectives are accomplished according on time.

    WHAT WILL YOU DO? Primary contact for all EUS teams that require an item for financial approval.

    • Ensuring the completion and accuracy of requests, including attributes such as correct transit, ownership, manager, purpose, etc.
    • Conduct financial analysis to determine financial impacts of requests to current and future year financials. Provides guidance to Senior Leadership team of these impacts.
    • Leads plan transfer or NIE reimbursement procedures with stakeholders, otherwise escalates accordingly.
    • Analyze, prepare, and submit materials for weekly approval to the Financial Governance Committee.
    • Manage approval workflow beyond EUS Financial Governance Committee.
    • Manage Finance databases to ensure completeness and accuracy.
    • Engage procurement to commence orders execution (create/update PORF, CCW, Ariba, Service Now, etc.).
    • Communicate with all requesting team members the status of their orders and final outcomes.

    WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

    Must have:

    • 5-7 years of previous accounting experience
    • Strong organizational, expert reporting capabilities, project management and time management capabilities.
    • Expert in MS Excel
    • Ability to setup and adjust financial budgets (Plan, transfers/restatements, Forecast) for EUS across multiple finance systems and for multiple expense types (circuits, capital, maintenance, pro fees, FTE, occupancy and indirect NIE).
    • Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

    Nice-to-have:

    • Experience in a matrix environment, such as a large, publicly-traded corporation
    • Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers
    • Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses
