Chief of Staff - Burlington, Canada - Elevation Realty NetworkDescription We're searching for a diligent Chief of Staff to provide direct support to the CEO.
You'll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums.
Connect with our customer base and raise brand visibility by coordinating community eventsStrengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities
Manage and own CEO's calendar schedule appointments with clients, partners, and vendors complete with all pertinent information related to the appointment
Managing Travel:
making recommendations, creating trip itineraries and information packets, as well as managing the trip from the main office. (Maintaining database management system(s)
Preparing CMA's, updating the contact database as needed, updating and maintaining listing materials/buyer materials, and preparing prelisting packages/buyer consultations
Assist in preparing listing materials: prelisting package, listing contract, seller disclosures, comparative market analysis, pull online property profiles, research old multiple listing service (MLS) listings, etc.
Submit all necessary documentation to the broker conveyancing office for file complianceManage mail, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures including buying and maintaining office equipment
Facilitate, coordinate, and attend training
Extensive calendar management and complex scheduling. Extensive travel planning and travel management (domestic & international)
Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload can work on multiple projects at once
Independent worker to support a team and appropriately manage time
Office administration procedures
This person will do anything and everything they need to in order to free the CEO up to sell/network
