    Trattoria Nervosa, Gusto 101, Chubby's Jamaican Kitchen, Gusto 54 Catering, Felix Trattoria (Los Angeles), Pai, Kiin, Gusto 501, Azhar Kitchen + Bar, Café ZUZU, and Stella, opening in early 2024.

    This role will be responsible for marketing and communications management across all of the above brands, (with exception to Pai and Kiin.)

    BRAND MARKETING
    Develop & promote brand awareness through multi-channel campaigns, monitor market trends and competition, ensuring our restaurant group stays competitive, relevant, and poised for growth
    Manage and coordinate experiential marketing events and brand partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities
    Support new restaurant launches, contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and communication plans to successfully introduce and establish new restaurants within the group

    ONLINE MARKETING MANAGEMENT
    Contribute to and audit all online brand platform s including websites, online ordering, reservations and review sites, etc. (supporting the Digital Content Specialist)
    Oversee performance of social media accounts and execution of content
    Support SMCS to identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and industry partners to promote the restaurant group's brands and products on social media

    Websites:
    Oversee content and design, optimization of SEO, and backend change management
    PUBLIC RELATIONS (PR)
    Represent Gusto 54 and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) as it pertains to media and public relations partnerships
    Liaise with PR agency to coordinate and execute on initiatives and campaigns as needed
    Oversee management and execution of PR events in conjunction with Gusto 54 managers and/or PR agency as needed

    Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, including journalists, reporters, editors, and bloggers in order to manage PR strategies internally for our mature brands.

    Collaborate with business leaders for each location to develop annual marketing strategies and initiatives
    Regularly present a marketing department analysis dashboard of KPIs & ROIs
    Assist in developing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty to be executed by Social Media & Community Specialist
    Stay up-to-date with emerging marketing trends and initiatives, algorithms, and best practices, and apply them to optimize strategies

    COMMUNICATION
    Support the SLT with assets, content, etc. for Gusto 54 initiatives such as Gusto Gives Back, brand campaigns, corporate partnerships, etc.
    Oversee content creation, publishing, and distribution of bi-weekly online newsletter to customers, as led by Digital Content Specialist
    Audit to maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all comms
    Internal communications strategy support
    Lead marketing department team with weekly check-ins and performance evaluations
    Act as primary point of contact for business leaders for marketing / social/ communications feedback and requests

    We are looking for a creative, strategic, and entrepreneurial self-starter, who is results driven and wants to make an impact.

    The right person for this role will have proven organizational, project management, and time management skills, as well as be proficient in copywriting and editing.

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or relevant experience
    Previous experience in Hospitality a strong asset
    Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or Communications Manager
    Advanced knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms and tools, SEO, and email marketing.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and messages.
    Experience in managing marketing campaigns and analyzing their effectiveness.
    Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and platforms to track and measure marketing performance.
    Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
    Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
    Background in multimedia design an asset
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    Experienced with Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Suite
    Access to regular training and development programming
