    We are on a mission to help membership organizations thrive with purpose-built and powerful software. We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing and Communications Manager to accelerate our company's growth.

    In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our marketing initiatives to execute our growth strategy and scale our product.

    The Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones, in collaboration with the founders and leadership team.

    Our ideal candidate for this role is an expert in marketing who has a desire to develop in the growth marketing space.

    You are creative, strategic, with strong analytical skills, and love to iterate and experiment with new ideas to increase conversion and growth.

    You thrive in an agile environment that values results and impact. Create and manage communications and content across all digital channels (email, social, and web)
    Develop and implement marketing campaigns and report on key metrics
    Conduct market research to inform marketing decisions and stay up-to-date with industry trends
    Manage the day-to-day workflow of marketing programs
    Contribute to our success in virtual and in-person events (including travel)
    Experience in B2B marketing or the non-profit space a strong asset
    ~7+ years marketing experience
    ~3+ years in senior role
    ~ Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related
    ~ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
