    :Under the direct supervision of the Mississauga Distribution Centre Manager
    Accountable for the receiving (inbound) and shipping (outbound) for RJ Spagnol's
    Manage and coordinate warehouse traffic.
    Supports all inventory control processes.
    Provides Support to the Mississauga Distribution Centre, Customer Service and Inside Sales Team.This is a 1 year contract position.

    Daily Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Complete Daily Shipping Documents for all outbound loads using our ERP System
  • Ensure customer returns are returned from carrier in a timely manner and closed in our ERP System
  • Management of Damages
  • Maintain Daily Standard Operating Procedures
  • Order Discrepancy Reporting
  • Carrier Discrepancy Reporting
  • Plan and coordinate daily shipments with carriers and ensuring timely delivery in full and accurate to customer
  • Work with the Inside Sales Team on daily order discrepancies
  • Work with Mississauga Distribution Centre Supervisors on daily order processing for pick, pack and ship
  • Work with Customer Service and the Inside Sales Team on delivery issues
  • Facilitate the daily inbounds schedule of receiving
  • Identify opportunities for improvement for processes and cost efficiencies
  • Any others tasks or duties identified or assigned

    • Inventory Control & AccuracyExecute daily Cycle counting program and reconciliation

  • Ensure product holds and releases, as required, in JD Edwards
  • Ensure accurate and compliant receipt of all inbound shipments from Suppliers, NF and RJ Spagnol Facilities
  • Report Supplier receiving discrepancies to Mississauga Distribution Centre Manager
  • Identify opportunities to increase order fulfillment controls and accuracy
  • Document delivery discrepancies on inbound OT's and PO's, escalate issues to Missisauga Distribution Centre Manager
  • Identify any opportunities to increase inventory control and accuracy

    • Inventory Compliance

  • Manage noncompliant receipts from production facilities
  • Place product on hold, when necessary, Release product holds once compliance is in order.
  • Complete & distribute ISO NCR forms & coordinate resolution with required parties
  • Manage non compliant receipts
  • Refuse noncompliant deliveries from Suppliers and report to Mississauga Distribution Centre Manager
  • Process Quality orders for QC

    • COMPENSATION: Budgeted Range – ($46, $ The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
