    Description

    We're seeking a Software Development Manager (SDM) to lead one or more of our SCRUM teams, consisting of a Project Manager, Product Owner, developers, and QA engineers.

    The successful candidate will excel in overseeing multiple projects, ensuring their timely completion, handling escalations, and working closely with the team to address challenges.

    As an Agile advocate, you'll drive efficiency and adaptability, ensuring compliance with development standards, and delivering results effectively.

    Talent acquisition is key - a track record in hiring and retaining top talent is essential to drive team growth.

    Effective mentorship and motivation of our skilled developers will be crucial for fostering collaboration and high performance.

    The Software Development Manager's technical expertise will promote our vision of architecture evolution, guiding the team and communicating complex concepts clearly.

    This includes monitoring team and individual KPIs and coaching team members to improve.

    Agile Advocate:
    Passionate agile practitioner with a focus on getting things done.

    Project Shaping:
    Take a leading part in shaping projects from inception to the ready-for-development state. Your strategic vision and technical excellence will be instrumental in defining project scopes, objectives, and actionable plans.

    Technical Architectural Leadership:
    As the SDM, you'll be the cornerstone of our technical endeavors. You will collaborate with the Chief Architect and Principal developers to establish and maintain architectural and code quality standards. You will be the go-to person for technical insights during client meetings, translating complex concepts into understandable terms.

    Talent Acquisition:
    Identify top technical talent that resonates with our company culture. 4+ years of experience in managing projects in an Agile environment. Ability to hire technical specialists, grow and lead existing team members.
    Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical complexities and client understanding. Demonstrated proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is imperative. You must excel in client meetings, articulating technical concepts clearly and confidently, and fostering seamless communication within the team.

    Project Scoping:
    Demonstrated success in project scoping, defining objectives, and strategizing actionable plans.

    Technical Proficiency:
    Possess a strong background in software development, with 3+ years of hands-on experience in development of enterprise-level applications. Net, React, and AWS is a significant plus.

    Hybrid is 3 days in office, 2 days remote as long as KPIs and performance are maintained and goals are accomplished.
