- Assist in the development, design and implementation of partner programs leveraging relationships with various partners to enhance offerings;
- Collaborate closely with the SVP of Strategic Channels & Corporate Development, aligning partnership program execution with overarching corporate goals, including potential strategic partnerships and acquisitions;
- Cultivate and sustain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with partners, fostering regular communication to understand and complement solutions;
- Collaborate with technology partners to strategize lead generation and streamline referral management processes;
- Develop and refine internal processes supporting effective partner management and program execution, ensuring scalability and adaptability to business growth;
- Support internal partner enablement programs to enhance visibility and drive revenue growth opportunities;
- Regularly communicate and coordinate with partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment across departments, including sales, marketing, and product/solutions development;
- Monitor partnership performance metrics, market trends, and partner ecosystem developments. Address challenges in partner relationships or program execution, continually refining partner management processes;
- Provide training and guidance to team members regarding partnership programs and relationships. Foster a collaborative environment leveraging cross-functional expertise for continuous improvement;
- A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in successfully designing, developing, implementing, and managing partnership enablement programs;
- Knowledge of technology ecosystems, preferably with experience in areas such as cloud computing or software solutions;
- Familiarity with Product Compliance, Product Stewardship, and Sustainable Product market drivers;
- Awareness of supply chain sustainability challenges and solutions;
