Le Directeur des Paiements Numériques sera responsable de superviser tous les aspects de nos initiatives de paiement numérique, de la conception et de la mise en œuvre de nouvelles solutions de paiement à l'optimisation des systèmes existants pour l'efficacité et la satisfaction de la clientèle.Ce rôle nécessite un penseur stratégique ayant une compréhension approfondie des technologies de paiement numérique, des exigences réglementaires et des tendances du marché. Le candidat idéal aura un solide historique de leadership dans le domaine des paiements numériques, avec la capacité de développer et d'exécuter des stratégies qui stimulent la croissance de l'entreprise et améliorent l'expérience client globale. Responsabilités:Élaborer une stratégie de paiement numérique : Diriger l'élaboration d'une stratégie de paiement numérique complète alignée sur les objectifs de l'entreprise et les tendances du marché.Mettre en œuvre des solutions de paiement : Piloter la conception, le développement et la mise en œuvre de solutions de paiement numérique innovantes.Optimiser les processus de paiement : Optimiser en continu nos processus de paiement pour améliorer l'efficacité, la sécurité et l'expérience utilisateur.Assurer la conformité réglementaire : Rester informé des exigences réglementaires liées aux paiements numériques et assurer la conformité dans toutes les initiatives de paiement.Gestion des fournisseurs : Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs de services de paiement, les partenaires technologiques et autres fournisseurs pour assurer une intégration et des performances fluides des systèmes de paiement.Analyse des données : Utiliser l'analyse des données et les informations client pour orienter la prise de décision et stimuler les améliorations dans les offres de paiement numérique.Gestion des risques : Identifier et atténuer les risques associés aux paiements numériques, y compris la fraude, les menaces de cybersécurité et les risques de conformité.Collaboration : Collaborer avec des équipes et des divisions interfonctionnelles, notamment la finance, le marketing produit et le service client, pour aligner les initiatives de paiement numérique sur les objectifs globaux de l'entreprise.Leadership : Construire et diriger l'équipe des Paiements et Risques, en offrant mentorat, conseils et opportunités de développement professionnel. Compétences et qualifications:Licence en Administration des Affaires, Finance ou domaine connexe ; une Maîtrise est un plus.Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience prouvée dans un rôle de leadership dans les paiements numériques, les fintechs ou l'industrie du commerce électronique.Compréhension solide du traitement des paiements, de la gestion des risques et de la conformité dans les transactions en ligne et les abonnements.Connaissance approfondie des réglementations pertinentes telles que PCI DSS, GDPR, AML et autres normes de l'industrie des paiements.Expérience de travail avec diverses passerelles de paiement, processeurs et technologies connexes.Compétences analytiques exceptionnelles avec la capacité de tirer parti des insights de données pour stimuler les résultats commerciaux.Penseur stratégique avec un historique de développement et d'exécution de stratégies de paiement réussies.Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, en anglais et en français.Capacité prouvée à diriger et motiver des équipes, en favorisant une culture de collaboration et d'excellence.Compétences solides en négociation et gestion des fournisseurs.Mise à jour avec les dernières tendances et innovations dans le paysage des paiements numériques. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital payments technologies, regulatory requirements, and market trends. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in the digital payments space, with the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities:Develop Digital Payments Strategy: Lead the development of a comprehensive digital payments strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.Implement Payment Solutions: Drive the design, development, and implementation of innovative digital payment solutions.Optimize Payment Processes: Continuously optimize our payment processes to enhance efficiency, security, and user experience.Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory requirements related to digital payments and ensure compliance in all payment initiatives.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with payment service providers, technology partners, and other vendors to ensure seamless integration and performance of payment systems.Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and customer insights to inform decision-making and drive improvements in digital payment offerings.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital payments, including fraud, cybersecurity threats, and compliance risks.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and divisions, including finance, product marketing, and customer service, to align digital payment initiatives with broader company objectives.Leadership: Build and lead the Payments and Risk team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities. Skills and qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.Proven minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the digital payments, fintech, or e-commerce industry.Strong understanding of payment processing, risk management, and compliance within online transactions and subscriptions.In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations such as PCI DSS, GDPR, AML, and other payment industry standards.Experience working with various payment gateways, processors, and related technologies.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data insights to drive business results.Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful payment strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in English and French.Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.Up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the digital payments landscape.
