    Description
    We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with previous experience recruiting R&D and IT professionals at all levels.

    The ideal candidate is someone who understands the competitive nature of this market and knows how to build a strong candidate pipeline from scratch.

    This rile will focus on hiring top talent for our R&D Teams based in United States, mainly Sunnyvale (HQ) and likely going to help with Canada hiring as well.

    Perform full-cycle recruitment for R&D candidates to build the candidate pipeline through sourcing, networking, referrals, events, online postings, etc.

    • Execute recruitment strategy to ensure management expectations are met.
    • 3+ Years Technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment implementing a wide range of recruiting tactics and programs.
    • Experience hiring Embedded Software Developers, Cloud Developers, DevOps Engineers, Web Developers, ASIC Engineers etc.
    • Experience with an applicant tracking system.
