    This full-time summer contract position within the Association is housed at the YMCA of Northeastern Ontario's Poplar location in Timmins .

    Reporting to the Manager of Child Care & Community Programs, the MobYle Program Coordinator is responsible for the development and the daily operation of the 2024 summer MobYle program, providing leadership to YMCA staff, ensuring adherence to the YMCA mission, Core Values while adhering to all Timmins Family YMCA policies and procedures.

    00 per hour
    Create and implement a quality program
    Ensure that the each child's needs are meet within their developmental stage
    To direct, support and assist program staff in the delivery of excellent member service following Timmins Family YMCA standards, principles, policies and procedures
    Plan, deliver and evaluate programs with the Manager of Child Care & Community Programs
    Provide Executive Director or Manager of Child Care & Community Programs with reports as requested
    Must implement all policies and procedures outlined by the Timmins Family YMCA
    Knowledge of active games and sports
    Strong knowledge of the community
    Valid Driver's license
    Employee and Family Assistan ce Program that includes short-term mental health supports such as counselling and online courses, and lifestyle coaching which includes legal and financial counselling
    Flexible hours and scheduling, and hybrid work options, depending on role
