    The Junior Inventory/ Project Coordinator reports directly to the Senior Director of Spares.
    Organization and time management skills

    Manage internal and external project activities throughout lifecycle, including resources allocation, scheduling, documentation, budgeting, and other essential factors for success.

    Effective communication of project expectations and status to stakeholders and senior management.

    Optimize inventory management for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, collaboration with AALI, GTF, and other divisions to enhance organizational inventory value.

    Coordinate department projects, specifically aircraft teardown projects. Maximum inventory value for serviceable and non-serviceable parts and Avmax-owned aircraft.
    Inventory
    Parts purchasing
    degree or diploma in related field is an asset.
    Demonstrated results-oriented approach to projects.
    Effective verbal and written communication skills for all staff levels, including technical, professional, and senior management.
    Able to establish and maintain strong professional relationships with business units, corporate departments, key managers, and other stakeholders.
    Flexible and adaptable to shifts in priorities and deadlines.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    A minimum of 2 years of direct work experience in project management is required.
