    Description

    The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist sources high quality technical, professional and management talent to meet the current and future people resourcing needs of Walmart Canada.

    Source top quality talent by employing the latest and most innovative research techniques to identify potential top quality candidates utilizing multiple avenues including internet search engines, Boolean searches, database searches, social media, referral networks, and 3rd Party Agencies.

    Critically and accurately assess candidate capabilities employing best practices in interviewing to discern and identify the highest quality and most qualified candidates from the sourced pool.

    Assess talent according to the needs of the business and recommend a short list of potential candidates and influences business leaders on the highest quality candidates that meet the current and future capability needs and cultural and values fit of the organization.

    Create a positive experience for each hiring business leader building credibility for the department and function.
    Bilingualism and fluency in French and English is required for verbal and written communications
