    Description
    Office Administrator

    Our client is searching for an Office Administrator to join their team. This role requires an attention to detail and a commitment to organization. A successful candidate will have a strong work ethic while also being courteous and reliable.

    Your success will be defined by your ability to:
    • Complete a electronic filing consisting of scanning documents, migrating and classifying into the company's digital document management platform
    • Handle incoming calls, couriers, mail, and deliveries
    • Word processing of memos, letters, agreements, etc.
    • Manual and electronic filing of correspondence, contracts, agreements, etc. and coordinate, organize and search various files
    • Prepare payable and receivable invoices and other administrative tasks to assist the team
    • Maintain and order office supplies
    • Assist in other areas of accounting as required
    Your strengths include:
    • 3+ years of reception/office administration experience
    • Experience with a paperless filing system
    • Able to work in a professional small office environment
    • Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
    • Detail-oriented, flexible, and supportive of all staff
    • QuickBooks experience
    • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task and meet deadlines
