    Job Description:
    beBee Professionals is looking for an experienced Event Operations Manager to join our team in Mississauga. The Event Operations Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all events and activities. The successful candidate will be a highly organized individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement event plans and strategies
    • Manage event budgets and resources
    • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation
    • Oversee event staff and volunteers
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
    • Monitor event progress and evaluate success
    • Liaise with vendors and suppliers
    • Prepare reports and presentations

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or related field
    • Proven experience in event management
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
