    DISTRICT SALES MANAGER

    GTA – FULL TIME – REMOTE

    Position ID#201326

    THE EMPLOYER

    THE POSITION

    • Responsible for a team of commercial-lines insurance specialists, their professional development, and the collective achievement of set results
    • You excel at sales techniques & communication
    • Strong understanding of the market and commercial insurance
    • Must actively support the development of team members.

    MUST HAVES

    • At least 5 years of experience in commercial-lines insurance sales
    • The ability to manage a team and help your team members grow
    • A talent for achieving ambitious goals
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
