    Position: Service Delivery Supervisor

    Location: Toronto (ON), CA

    The Service Delivery Supervisor plays a crucial role in monitoring train performance, identifying potential mechanical issues, and ensuring seamless operations to maintain on-time performance. Their responsibilities include:

    • Utilizing available resources to monitor and maintain train health and service efficiency.
    • Proactively addressing equipment issues to prevent in-service failures.
    • Coordinating responses during service disruptions to minimize passenger impact.
    • Maintaining detailed event logs and reports for operational insights.
    • Keeping updated on operating instructions and notices.

    Required Profile:

    • Minimum Grade 12 education
    • Apprenticeship completion preferred
    • 3 years of railway experience
    • Strong computer skills
    • In-depth knowledge of locomotives and coaches
    • Effective communication skills across various mediums
