    Our delivery team is a key part of our business engaging with clients with a focus on key stakeholders and project sponsors at the C-Suite level.

    Working hand in hand with the internal project management and oversight teams to ensure projects are on time, on budget, and in scope.

    You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
    The Commitment

    Manage relationship with existing or new clients within own verticalEnsure client implementations are planned, resourced and delivered at par with Appficiency standardsEnsure clients become referenceableLook after and lead the delivery teamCoach, mentor and develop next line of leadersResponsible for applying expert knowledge of implementation and large project process, providing strategic direction, making decisions and solving complex problems to move ensure that business moves forward while managing strategic business consultants in different levelsEnsure that resources are allocated based on project demand, proactively lead the identification & design and implementation of process improvementsMakes tactical day to day and long term term strategic decisions and is accountable for all activities performed by his own vertical and teamManagement of operational and business metricsProvide the best practices and process improvementsAbility to coach, guide and mentor team membersDemonstrate multiple business process expertise within one industry or moreThe Essentials


    Minimum 15+ years experience in Professional ServicesAt least 10 years consulting experience in systems implementation and integration, process re-engineering or relatedAt least 10 years experience in ERP preferably NetSuiteProject Management experienceAt least 10 years management experience in handling several teamsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple resources across multiple locations who are working on complex projects and tasks simultaneously in one or two industriesStrong understanding of ERP Implementation preferably NetSuiteAbility to manage team onsite and remotelyStrong understanding of technology implementationStrong understanding of business analytics, business intelligence and financial performance managementStrong understanding of P&L statementStrong ability in managing small, medium and large scale projectsManagement of medium to large team in different regions and countriesWillingness and desire to travel.

    Usual travel can be up to 25% of total time but can be higher on certain projects
