    Description

    At NeuronicWorks , we provide hardware, software and system design services to customers planning to have a reliable product and looking for a cost-effective design.

    We offer complete project design and prototyping services, from concept to detail design, to building state of the art electronic systems that meet the increasing demands of today's technology.

    Our mission is to deliver quality design with visionary, innovative and practical solutions to our customers.
    To be successful in this role, the HR Administrator shall be able to perform the following:
    Recruitment of new talent, pre-screening, and selection of quality candidates
    Creation and execution of internal performance assessment
    Daily communication with stakeholders, generate HR reports and provide other HR administrative support as required
    Building close relationships with stakeholders and team members
    Organization of team events, training, and workshops
    Attendance of job fairs and recruitment events
    Completion of post-secondary education from Human Resource Management program or similar
    Minimum of 1 year of HR experience, preferably in an engineering, design, or consulting environment
    Detail-oriented with respect to quality and accuracy
    Taking initiative to complete tasks in progress and seeking creative solutions
    Strong attention to details with respect to quality and accuracy
    Our office is conveniently located in North York, easily accessible by public transit.
