We're on the lookout for an individual that embodies this belief, and is committed to helping our clients understand and successfully navigate the ever-changing world of social media.

    Join our dynamic team as a Social Strategist and take the lead in crafting disruptive social-first strategies and content. You will provide insightful approaches to channel, content and sometimes influencer campaign strategies. You will also be responsible for developing and overseeing editorial calendars, campaigns, analyzing performance, and staying on top of culture and trends to ensure our social media efforts are effective and innovative.

    Core Responsibilities:

    SOCIAL EXPERTISE: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social strategy to ensure we create disruptive social-first content that grabs audience attention.

    STRATEGY: Develop comprehensive social, content and/or channel strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals; collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.

    CONTENT PLANNING + BRIEFING: Lead the development and implementation of social editorial calendars, brief and collaborate with the creative teams to develop attention-grabbing social-first content.

    SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT: Own the day to day management of multiple (client) social media channels, scheduling content, publishing posts when necessary, monitor and engaging with the community.

    SOCIAL LISTENING: Leverage platforms and tools to monitor and translate social listening data and insights into strategic recommendations that help inform new content.

    REPORTING: Monitor and analyze social performance KPIs and listening observations, creating the social media reports that go to brands showcasing our work, and identifying actionable insights to lead the optimization of future content and campaigns.

    Experience & Skills:

    • 3-5 years of experience in brand and/or social media roles.
    • A passion for, and deep understanding of, social culture and trends.
    • Proven experience working in social media with a focus on management and strategy.
    • Strong grasp of established and emerging social media platforms and algorithms.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
    • Understanding of social ad units and media opportunities.
    • A history of successful collaboration with sr. strategists, creative teams, leads and clients, providing expertise and influencing brand's social presence.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Agency experience (or similar) preferred.
    • Experience working with/managing content creators/influencers is a plus.
