It would be great if this person went into the office 1 or 2 days a week Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting, training, and administering the sales process. Developing and implementing consultative selling strategies to cross-sell and upsell services to existing clientsConducting thorough research on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunitiesManaging the sales process from start to finish, including cold calling, lead generation, and closing dealsCollaborating with the marketing team to develop account-based marketing plans to support cross-sell and upsell effortsProviding training and support to the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to meet their targetsBuilding strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizationsRequirements:Must have 10+ years of B2B sales experience and have 5+ years of experience leading a sales teamMust love to coach, mentor and lead a team of high-performing sales reps (very "hands-on" leader)
Strong consultative selling skillsExperience selling services/products with services. A good grasp of medical or benefit sales is nice to haveExperience working and selling to all sizes of companiesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsDigitally literate (i.e.
