    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in a competitive market environment.

    Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies with US/Canada based clients.
  • Identify market opportunities, define target segments, and create action plans for market penetration and account expansion.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure sales team performance and effectiveness.
  • Set ambitious revenue targets and develop plans to achieve them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand the company's market presence.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth, meet or exceed sales targets, and effectively manage sales pipelines.
  • Deep understanding of software development processes, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
